Welcome to the ARC

This blogspot was created as somewhere for the Association of Rowing Coaches, South Africa to post articles of interest to the members as well as discuss various topics relating to rowing coaching.

I will add articles from our newsletter when it is published each month. I will also be adding links to sites that I think are of interest to Rowing Coaches and that will enhance their ability to prepare crews for regattas.

I would appreciate any feedback that will enable me to enhance this blog.
